Equipped with a motor section equivalent to premium efficiency IE3, a brake motor that can replace standard types.
Energy saving, CO2 reduction Equipped with a motor that meets the domestic top runner standards (premium efficiency: equivalent to IE3). The energy-saving and CO2 reduction effects are significantly realized with long-term use. (0.4kW is standard efficiency) Ensuring installation compatibility with standard three-phase models The installation dimensions are the same as those of the standard three-phase model (without brake), allowing for direct replacement. (However, the overall length will be longer than the standard three-phase model. Additionally, replacement with our conventional models with brakes will require custom production due to changes in fitting.) Protection structure: IP44 (outdoor type is IP55) The brake section is equipped with a brake cover, ensuring a reliable protection structure of standard IP44 and outdoor type IP55. It addresses issues such as preventing water accumulation on the brake surface and preventing the scattering of lining wear powder. Standard rectifier unit for each motor power specification A rectifier unit tailored to the motor power is installed inside the terminal box. It can be used simply by connecting the power supply, just like the standard three-phase model. (No down transformer for brakes is required for 400V class.) Standard adoption of heat resistance class F Both the motor and brake sections are rated at heat resistance class F, compared to conventional products.
